  • License to Use: Upon purchase or membership registration, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our PDF resources and courses for your personal or studio use.

  • PDF Terms of Use: Each downloadable file contains specific "Terms of Use." These site-wide terms supplement those individual agreements. You may print copies for your students as specified in the individual file, but you may not resell, redistribute, or upload the files to any public or shared cloud drive.

  • Access: Access to the Resource Library is granted based on your membership tier. We reserve the right to update, add, or remove resources at our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property

4. Refund Policy for Digital Goods

Due to the nature of digital downloads and immediate access to our Resource Library, all sales are final. Once a PDF has been downloaded or a course has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund.
