1. Terms and Conditions
By purchasing access to the virtual Piano Teacher Reset (“event”), you will have access to all live event Zoom links, schedule and times of events, replay videos of sessions and workshops, digital handouts and resources, the digital guidebook, and all digital resources provided for the event. This is a virtual event and all resources provided will be in a digital format for your use and printing.

All materials provided are the intellectual property of Creative Piano Pedagogy LLC and are for your personal/professional use only and cannot be resold, shared, or redistributed to your own students or other teachers. This includes (but is not limited to) uploading to YouTube, sharing login access with other individuals, sharing printed materials, reselling or redistribution of any or all materials either electronically or physically.

You (the attendee) will have access to all event materials from the time of purchase until Oct 30, 2026. You are encouraged to watch all sessions and workshops and download all digital resources within the given time frame.
By purchasing access to the event you are granted access to stream and watch all videos and recorded content on the website and platform (www.creativepianopedagogy.com) provided to you during the event, but this does not allow for downloading of videos to your personal devices, redistribution of videos by any means, or pirating for redistribution of any kind.

While we (Creative Piano Pedagogy LLC) will endeavor to provide a smooth event and communicate all times, schedules and access instructions to each attendee with clarity, we (Creative Piano Pedagogy LLC) are not responsible for individuals missing live events or not accessing the event materials within the given time frame. We are not responsible for routine website maintenance by Wix or Zoom, and do not guarantee immediate responses to questions during the event.

Payment for tickets is offered through Wix (our website host) and are processed through Stripe; most major payment options are available. All payments are processed in USD currency and we are not responsible for banking exchange fees or fees associated with payment plans. We do not store credit card numbers on our own server—they are handled by Stripe, a secure third-party processor.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All purchases for this event are final with no refunds. All purchases of digital products, courses, consultation services or other services are final with no refunds. If you experience any difficulties with your purchase or have any questions, please contact us at elizabeth@creativepianopedagogy.com.
If we (Creative Piano Pedagogy LLC) experience emergency situations or technical difficulties that necessitate canceling or rescheduling the event, we will contact you to resolve the situation and provide you with customer support.

4. Liability Waiver & Disclaimers
You agree that Creative Piano Pedagogy LLC (“the Company) has not made any guarantees about the results of taking any action, whether recommended on this Website or not. The Company provides educational and informational resources that are intended to help users of this website succeed in our specific topic area. You nevertheless recognize that your ultimate success or failure will be the result of your own efforts, your particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of the Company.
You also recognize that prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome. Thus, the results obtained by others, whether clients or customers of the Company or otherwise, applying the principles set out in this Website are no guarantee that you or any other person or entity will be able to obtain similar results.
We (Creative Piano Pedagogy LLC) are not liable or responsible for the event attendee’s internet connection, local power outages, technical difficulties or technology failures on the attendee’s devices.

Recording Disclosure: All event sessions and workshops will be video recorded and uploaded to the event portal for attendees to watch on replay, and it will be possible for your likeness to be captured in the recording either by your voice or picture. Question and Answer sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the event portal for attendees to watch on replay. All event sessions and workshops will be video recorded and may be available for later playback by attendees who purchase access after the live event, but Question and Answer sessions will not be included for later purchase and will not be included or shared in any way.
Questions and messages sent privately to the event coordinators (Elizabeth and Tara) will be kept confidential and will not be shared in live sessions/workshops without approval from the sender.

The event coordinators may ask to share quotes, questions or reviews from the event in future podcasts, blogs, social media, or email marketing. We (Creative Piano Pedagogy LLC) will secure permission from the author or commenter and honor any confidentiality or anonymity requests.
For a “Private Attendance” option for the event, you may elect to:
-keep your microphone and camera off
-use a pseudonym for your cover name on Zoom
-submit questions for Q+A in the question box rather than by speaking
5. Community Code of Conduct

Bullying: We have a zero tolerance policy for bullying or unprofessional behavior. Any attendees who exhibit bully, harassing or unprofessional behavior may be asked to leave live virtual events, limit their interactions in commenting or communicating with other attendees, or otherwise be excluded from future participation in events.

No Solicitation: Attendees are not permitted to communicate with other attendees for the purpose of selling or promoting their products or services in any way, nor are they permitted to discourage attendees from participating in current or future events.

Confidentiality: This event is a safe space where teachers and musicians can share struggles, vulnerabilities and learn and grow together without fear. Any questions or concerns shared within this event will be kept confidential. While sessions and workshops will be recorded and available for attendees to watch on replay, question and answer sessions will not be sold, distributed, or available for replay only.
